Richard Ashworth graduated from Bradford College in 1992 with a BEd (HONS), education. For nine years he taught science, technology and maths across keys stage 2 & 3. He has worked at the SDC since 2001, initially as a freelance education consultant and for the last six years as the Colour Experience Manager.
Josie Owusu-Amankrah is a graduate of UCA and has recently started her own company, Ceceliafrank
Raf Mulla graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 1995 with a First Class Hons, BSc Print and Photographic Technology. He has worked for X-rite/Pantone for the last twelve years and is currently Colour Solutions Architect.
Jane Kellock is the founder and creative director of Unique Style Platform. She started her career as a womenswear designer, working for UK high street retailers (most notably Topshop) and has a broad knowledge of bricks-and-mortar retail, range-building and the importance of understanding the consumer. After a spell as Head of Design for a Canadian retailer, her love of forecasting and a desire to innovate and inspire, led her to senior roles at WGSN and Stylus. Jane has gained an international reputation as a colour and trends expert working with global designers, brands and retailers, to provide them with inspirational seasonal analysis and thought-provoking future trends. A regular speaker at trends events and trustee of FAD (a charity to bridge the gap between education and the fashion industry), Jane is a creative thinker with the ability to translate big ideas into commercial solutions. Jane also co-writes fashion and lifestyle blog, The Women’s Room and is passionate about championing style at any age.
Kathy Lewiston has worked extensively as a fashion designer for major brands and retailers and she now lectures in fashion design and fashion illustration.
