The Future of Colour and Application

  • Join Creative Networks from Leeds College of Art for an evening of contemporary, innovative colour practitioners, artists and designers who will explore and challenge our perceptions of colour and encourage us to think differently about its application.

    Guest speakers include:

    • Dennis Parren- Dutch designer focusing on natural and artificial light as a design material
    • Kit Miles – artist/designer
    • Blond and Bieber- Berlin based design studio

    Complimentary drinks will be served from 5.30 pm prior to the presentations in the Printed Textiles and Pattern Design Studio where you can ‘experiment’ yourself with colour by taking part in some simple colour workshops before the talks at 6.15 pm.

    After the talks, Q&As will take place back in the Printed Textiles and Surface Pattern Design studio over a few drinks.
