  • SDC North of England Region lecture by Graham Jowett of DTC Technical & Management Services and SDC Board Trustee

    Presentation and discussion relating to printing processes and techniques employed in the textile printing industry, past & present, with possibilities for the future.

    Also some insight into the relationship between designers and industrial colourists.

    Graham’s knowledge and experience has been gained over some forty plus years of working within companies engaged in the production of coloured textiles, having held positions as Dyehouse Manager, Print Manager, Production Director and Technical Director, with responsibility for processing fabrics and yarns [up to 1million square meters per week or equivalent] in vertically oriented and commission based commercial enterprises.

    A buffet will be provided at 6.30pm.   Lecture will start at 7.30pm.
