SDC Leeds Student Section – ‘Colour in Diamonds’

  • The SDC Leeds Student Section presents the second lecture in the SDC Presidential Lecture Series – ‘Colour in Diamonds’ by Philip Martineau.

    Philip is an expert and practitioner in the science and design of synthetic coloured diamonds at De Beers Global Innovation Centre and his talk will cover the nature of colour in diamonds, processing technology, diamond mining/history and diamond histories.

    Light refreshments will be available from 5:30pm in Room G.32b, School of Design, University of Leeds and the lecture will follow at 6:30pm in the Speakman Lecture Theatre, Clothworkers’ Central Building.
