  • Knowledge Program XXI

    Language: Cantonese or Mandarin

Innovations take several forms, some can be thought of as mistakes or problems that have been transformed into a virtue or feature; other innovations take the form of an improvement in performance during use.  What’s happened in Merino woven innovations?

The ability to absorb and release water quickly is a property to ensure the comfort of activewear.  What is the test method internationally recognised to evaluate the moisture handling properties of performance fabrics for activewear?

People work in wovenwear and activewear will be interested in knowing the answers to the above two questions.  Please don’t miss the coming Merino Knowledge seminar to be held at CITA on 9th August 2013 to share the information from the speakers.

    Details of the seminar program:

    1. Merino Innovations: Wovenwear  –  Ms. Hilary Chen, Technical Manager, Chian, The Woolmark Company Shanghai Office.
    1. Moisture Management Test – Dr. Leo Liu, Textile Specialist, Intertek Testing Services Hong Kong Ltd
