Date: April 7, 2014 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Location: Colour Experience, Perkin House, Bradford, BD1 2LU
Contact: Email: events@earlyarts.co.uk
This joint education shared practice event has been created by the Colour Experience, Sponge Tree and EarlyArts. We will bring together people who explore and promote the vital importance of colour and nature play in early learning creativity. Right outside our front doors, free for us to enjoy daily, creativity can be enjoyed in, and inspired by, nature’s delicious palette.
During the evening we will have a range of inspiring films, practical activities, demonstrations and presentations from:
The inspiring Ruth Churchill Dower, Founder and Director of Earlyarts
Sponge Tree who run multi sensory play sessions and training, inspired by the colourful everchanging seasons
Richard Ashworth, Colour Experience Manager exploring the science of colour through creative practical activities
Hardeep Sahota, the formal Learning Co-ordinator from the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Yorkshire’s extraordinary outdoor art gallery
Tinderwood Trust, lighting the spark of creative outdoor learning and bringing it to life through Forest schools.
